1. ALL SALES ARE FINAL

Due to the digital and immediately consumable nature of our Services, all purchases are final and non-refundable. When you purchase access to The Signal Health, you gain immediate access to AI-powered content analysis tools and credits. Because this access is delivered instantly upon payment, we are unable to offer refunds once a purchase has been completed.

2. WHY WE DON'T OFFER REFUNDS

We have intentionally designed our pricing to be low-risk and accessible. Our entry-level plan is priced to allow you to evaluate the full capabilities of the platform before committing to a larger purchase. We encourage you to take advantage of this option before upgrading.

3. EXCEPTIONS

We will consider refund requests only in the following circumstances:

  • You were charged more than once for the same purchase due to a technical error

  • You were charged but never received access to the Services due to a technical failure on our end

4. CHARGEBACKS

If you initiate a chargeback with your bank or payment provider without first contacting us, we reserve the right to permanently suspend your account and contest the chargeback.
